TUITION FEE REFUND REQUEST APPLICATION FORM
Before submitting your application, please ensure you have read and understood the

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be full, partial, or non-refundable depending on the reason for withdrawal and the timing in
relation to the course start date or census date. Please refer to the policy for specific refund amounts and
procedures.
Refund Processing Guidelines
- A $150 processing fee applies to all refund payments.
- Refunds will be issued to the payment method specified in this form.
- Processing time: Refunds will be processed within four (4) weeks upon receipt of a complete refund application, including all required banking details.
Non-Refundable Fees and Charges:
The following fees are non-refundable as they are not considered tuition fees:
- Application fees.
- Course modification fees.
- Enrolment fees.
- Learning materials fees.
- Change of course fees.
- Late payment administrative charges.
- Ancillary charges (e.g., credit card surcharges).
- Graduation fees.
- Library fines.
- Re-marking of assessments.
- Transcript reprints.
- Postage, printing, and Student ID card replacement fees.
- Accommodation placement fees.
